Schedule: All appointments must be accompanied by the home owner and/or agent of record. 60Minute Staging cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during staging appointments. You agree to these term upon scheduled appointment and payment of deposit.
60Minute Staging does not guarantee completion of services within sixty minutes. Additional charges may be applied if appointment extends allotted time or additional services requested.
60Minute Staging is not a make-ready service and require a clean and safe environment. 60Minute Staging retains the right to cancel appointment due to condition of home. Deposit will be non-refundable. All pets must be removed or restrained during appointment.
Payment: Deposit is required the same day as scheduling of appointment paid through a third party cash-app service. Balance of payment is due the same day of appointment through a third party cash-app service. Deposit will be applied towards total payment due. Deposit is non-refundable if appointment is canceled less than a 24 hour notice or a no-show. Deposit can be applied towards rescheduled appointments within 48 hours and service is completed within (7) calendar days.

Owner profile – During numerous listing appointments, I found many homeowners had trouble preparing their homes to go on the market. I spent hours moving furniture to improve flow, editing items to open the space to create a neutral appearance that appeals to today buyers. You have to take "your home" out the house when you are ready to sell it. 60Minute Staging was born out of the success of a house selling quicker, better listing photos driving traffic and in some cases, higher offers for my clients.
